You're Pregnant- Congrats! Now to work out what to wear over the next few months while you're growing that beautiful baby. Being stylish while pregnant may seem a little daunting at first, but there are so many beautiful dresses out there to help you embrace your new bod and make you feel comfortable inside and out.
So when hunting for the perfect dress for your bump, here are some tips to help find the right style for your glowing and expanding waist:
1. Go up a size (or two)- this is absolutely the case when buying non-maternity brands... I purchased a beautiful Zimmermann piece in a size up for my baby shower when I was pregnant with Isabella- and its something I continue to wear today- 2.5 years later.
2. Shirred styles- there are currently soooooooo many shirred styled dresses and skirts available to buy at the moment- these are so perfect for bumps! So stretchy and again- you can wear it again after bub is born.
3. Knitted/Ribbed styles- very on trend at the moment- and very practical for growing bumps, and even if you go up a size, you can easily continue wearing them past 9 months.
4. Dresses- they are much more comfortable! They can be shirred, stretching, knitted or floaty... Enough said!
